If pending charges on my credit card make me go over my credit limit will i be charged fees?

I have pending charges on my credit card account which will make me go over my credit limit by 1 dollar. If i make a payment before they are no longer pending charges will i still be charged fees and will my APR go up?|||Pay it before it's due and call the company to make sure it went through before due date and i think you will be fine. Don't get your card to the max limit ever...Spend only half of what is worth and you won't have the problem..Disipline babe, disipline.|||If you make the payment first, and it still gets over the credit limit, I would call the company, and more than likely if it is your first time, they will more than likely waive any fees incurred.
