Is there a way to get approved for a certain credit limit when applying for a credit card?

I need a credit card with at least a $20,000 dollar limit. Is there any way to ensure I will get approved for that much when I apply?|||You're cute and really need to learn about credit cards BEFORE applying for one or you are just going to end up filing bankruptcy.
